Making someone an Admin

I hope this is the right section.

What I want to know is how to make someone an Admin with all the powers that I currently have(it's my forum) I have someone who would really help my site and I can't figure it out. Thanx

You just have to admin panel.. click on the persons name you want to make an admin and this will direct you to his profile information then try to look at the very bottom where you can find the rank title set it to admin.. hope it helps.
