Solved How can I reset my password?

We,, I have a problem; I gave administration rights to one of my friends in order to prevent this, but it seems that I did something wrong...

I have lost my passwords and I'm an administrator of my froum. Some sort of securitythings prevents sending a new passwords to an administrator so I can't log in in my forum, accept new members and so on. What should I do?
