Why can't i edit PHPBB3 styles? Empty Why can't i edit PHPBB3 styles?

I can't "MAKE" a forum template so to speak because i do not have the html/graphical/or code editorial knowledge. So i install already made templates to be able to edit them with my own logo/background etc.. but i click 'save' but nothing happens. This is something i need to be able to do as i am re-vamping my sites color scheme etc.. but can't edit on what is deemed 'the best' phpbb that there is on here.

Please help.

Template editing is not available as of yet in phpbb3 but if it is just the colour schemes you want to edit, why not just use the css codes? or the colour section in the design tab of ACP?
