Modifying Templates Dont Work

When I modify My Templates, It so happens that the change very well reflects for Founder account, but not for any other accounts

Also, the change stays for only sometime and it is then brought back to the default condition, though the script in the templates remain modified

And no, i have not yet done any changes, to templates but was tying to make a guest message

Any Fixes for this?

Make sure that you hit the "Publish" (+) button to save the changes after you have done the modifications.

Yes, I did it, still no chance!

Is it phpBB2? If you have phpBB 3 forum, it doesn't work (works only for phpBB 2 and punBB).

Templates can be accessed only by the founder admin. General admins can't access the templates.

what are you trying to add or remove.
if it's not working right delete the template and it will bring it back to the default. then try what you are adding or doing again.

And it depends what you are doing too.
please explain more. and what version you are using

Please tell which template are you editing and what code are you adding/editing in it?

There may be a bug in the code you are adding!
