How do I remove these links?

I wanted to know how I would be able to remove these links. I just find them annoying myself. These links are currently located at the top right edge of the forum. (default position)

No, those are not removable, I'm thinking. Never seen a forum without those.

I believe you can, because there was a code to remove both these links and the ones across from them, but I only want to remove these sets of links. It deals with CSS which I am not that very good at to start off with >.>

You can remove these links from your template.
Please navigate to Admin CP > Display > Templates > General > index_box.

Find this code in the template and remove it...
