Issue #1-

Whenever the "Quote" option is used, the thread is knoacked off alignment. It puts the user profile in the middle of the post overlapping the poster's text

Issue #2-

Some new members aren't receiving the activation email. I have to manually activate them

Issue #1 - Try changing themes or even your forum version.

Issue #2 - Instead of manually or an e-mail just make it automatic.
