how to upload a java file to my forum

i need to upload a javascript file to the portal of my forum and i don t know how to do it ! any one how can help? thanks!

Tell us more where axacly do you want to put your javascript and what kind of scrit is it?

i want to make a full html page and to put a java navigation bar ....... but i can t find where to upload the file!

Admin Panel -> Modules -> HTML and Create new HTML page.
