How do I upload Pics to my Gallery

I've searched for this problem but can't seem to find it. I have created a gallery on my forum but have no idea how to get pics into it. Is there a button somewhere I just can't see? Please help

If you have there will be a button where you can upload you pictures.

Yep I created albums but can't see a button to upload anywhere. I've prob done something wrong im not very good at this kind of thing lol

I really don't know what to suggest then.

When I want to add a picture to our gallery I just go to :

Gallery >> Select the Album >> Send a Pic and it just uploads it.....
