how do you remove the search box from a new forum.

ok, I found the hide the search box code. Now what do I do with it. I am brand new to this. hiosilver

ok I found the stuff to make the search box invisible.

I can see a whole bunch of code there. I am not sure if I am supposed to replacce all of it or what. Please refer to my introductory post. I have health challenges. Oh thanks for helping me.
