Multi Quote Button Missing

So I have just created a forum and everything has been going smooth except one thing.

I can't get the multiquote button to appear. I went into the admin tools and clicked Yes to display it.

I am starting to think it has to do with the skin I used. Because when I preview my forum with different skin's this shows up or is there more to it?

Also sorry if this is in the wrong section. Just signed up here and only briefly browsed around.

What skin is it and what version of the forum do you have?

I am using Proglass by Matei graphics

I am currently using the phpBB3 of them. I do see now that the other versions have it showing. Anyway to get it on this current version?

Is it created in the Pic Management?

Admin Panel // Display Pics Mangement // Simple Mode // Post & Topics // Look for Muti Quote and to see if its there.

Buttons for multiquote button is not instaled on the theme. Follow the steps of MrMario.

It was in the Advanced Mode. Well I couldn't figure out how to do it in Simple Mode.
