Problem with tabs Empty Problem with tabs

when i have free time in my computer class, i'll visit some forums and some of other forum's tab has a problem when i'm using this computer but in this forum (help.forumotion.com) i dont have any problem with tab, i took 5 mins to see the tab for posting new topic and the upper tabs too...like this:

Try Clearing the cache if you can on the computer.
