Hi ^^

I want to add images between blocks of my forum - to explain it better watch my image:
- my forum looks like this now:

- i want to make it looks like this (example):
https://2img.net/h/oi47.tinypic.com/2vuhjk2.jpg
So, anyone can help me with it ?
