Disable Who Is Online?

I want to disable the Who Is Online link that takes you to the google map and shows rough locations of where people are. The people at my forum like to keep their location private(even emails are kept top secret). I thought disabling the IP button would suffice, but it was only recently did I notice the whole Google Map thing.

Is there anyway I can disable this or prevent anyone but myself from viewing it?

I checked all over the admin tools but I couldn't seem to find a way.

The map is very inaccurate. It showed me in Scotland when I was in London. (Yes, I zoomed in)

However, I can't seem to find the link to the map again. I can only find it through admin panel. (I found it once)

I believe there's something to stop the recent users online showing up though. I wonder if putting the online status as hidden will work?

Your right it is fairly inaccurate, but I still would like to try and keep my members general location private unless they want it to be known.
