Redirection link on Forum

Is it possible to make a redirection link on one of my baords? If you don't know what I mean I will explain in more detail.

Sorry, I don't think I explained myself clearly enough.

On my forum itself, I'd like to make one of the forums (eg. script (code) problems) a redirection link to a HTML page, weather that be one I've made (what I'd like) or maybe to an external website.

The purpose of this is for the people who want to have a look at some content, wouldn't be able to do so if they were not registered.

You mean abit like he link we have here in forum promotion, forumotion directory?

You simply make the name of the forum a link in HTML
