problem with messages

I have a problem with messages. When a new message to anyone there, do not write the new message arrived, but stands by the old and writes have no poruke.Help me how to fix it. . Everything I did and again it does not indicate when new messages arrive.

I've tried to sent PM to one of administrators, as you said in the "solution", but : "You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages"..OK!
If I can't send messages, how can I ask you a question, because, you also said: "DO NOT write these two information (your forum url and the creation email) in a topic on this forum !"
I realy don't know how to solve this problem. Have I to write several posts just to reached the post limit (even I dont know how much is that limit). Please, help me, and thanks.
