If a theme is not of the taste of the user of the page,
how he can changed??

I think RIGILKENTARUS, means like skins, and members can select their own skin

You mean, changing the forum's theme in the profile (each member can choose the theme he likes) ?

good but for some admin is very important this option for confort of users
