You said we need to get permissions before posting any videos
on your forums, If the Users are posting videos from youtube will my forum get deleted?

I haven't put any videos on the website itself. Still trying get permission from some awesome videos i've encountered.

cool-blue
Other than that, I've only taken Gif images from photobucket from my friends
albums to add to my forum website. cheers

Will I get in trouble for that?

And also How do I explain to you guys that i'm not just taking stuff without
permissions?..Do I post a private forum?

Sorry, I am not caihlem but have been here a while and could answer your questions.

You have to have the permission of the OWNER of all video, songs etc to post them on your site.

As far as images go, it is good form to do the same. If they are members of your site, and they know you are using them, then that is fine.

Yay thanks!
But how do you show proof that the pictures that are on my site, are mine.

The members use the videos, as in they post them.
They're not attached with the site. Is that okay?
What Do I tell them?

That is really for the admin here to determine, but if no one is claiming that they are yours you should be OK.

I am alomost positive, that you can't even link to them. If a member of your site owns the youtube video and sends you a PM on your site saying you can use it then that should be fine.

I think that as long as you explain in yur rules that all videos and whatever posted, orlined to is only done so with permission it should be good Very Happy

If you have a homepag message, a little message there too would make it more visible Wink
