Solved Help me!!!!

I've created my forum for more than a year. It was very good and still now but I have 1 problem. Now nobody can Sign up to my forum and I don't know why. I've set 'allow new member' to yes but new user sign up to my forum it still have the message:'Administrators have forbidden any new members.'. why???
