smilies not showing

I need help again!! thank gawd 4 this forum eh...

okay i managed to upload the gif for smilies in the post the smilies show but when i hit send the post just posts the image tags?? every thing looks like it should untill i actually post after it refreshes it messes up. is this a setting??

This problem was reported to techs and it should have been fixed...are you still having problems?

well honestly i dont know if its me or a bug lol

i upploaded the gif the code and the description so i dont know where i could have gone wrong.

is there something i can do?? do i need to report it?

What is the image and what do you see when you use it? Screenshot of the post you see when you use the smile will help a lot.
