Not allowing me to post announcement...

I recently did a graphical update and now it doessn't allow me to post announcements or stickies... Any help???

Plus i did do a few more updates

Hi

When you create a new topic, just click on the Not allowing me to post announcement... Tabs_more

at the right of options Wink
