Hi.

I got my absolute first complaint...and I have had my forum for almost 6 months, so I am thanking you for a great forum job!!!

Anyways...a few of my members stated that when they sign on, they can not see who is on-line or any of the bottom of the screen. It shows up on my screen. I have gone to the Admin panel to see if it had anything to do with WYSIWYG, but apparently not...then I clicked the view on-line...my board looks the same. I signed out, so I could sign in as guest, but again, I personally did not have a problem. Could this be a problem with their search engine, say Internet Explorer or Firefox? Otherwise, I need help.

Hello.

I viewed the source code of your board and I noticed this code you inserted in "Other Meta Tags" :

The "Other Meta Tags" (Admin Panel > General > Homepage > Configuration) field is limited to 255 characters, so the Html, Meta and Head tags aren't closed.

Since you already have Title tags and the description meta tag, you don't need this code, so just leave the "Other Meta Tags" field blank and it will solve the appearance problem.

I have had that from the beginning, though, I deleted it...and I will find out from the members who are having problems. Thanks a lot!

Woah...You fixed the problem I was having, that I knew was certainly my fault...THANKS! I got so used to the other board style, that I am so happy for this.
