How does the complait against a forum work?

Hi,
I want to know how does the complaint against a forum work. When I send one and confirm it in my email, who gets it?
Do only the forumotion staff members get it or both the staff and the admin of that forum?
And if my complaint is accepted, what are the penalties for that forum?
And what does Stay anonymous mean? The admin of that forum can't see who made a complaint against him or?

Forumotion technicians see the complainment, and check that the fault is true (to avoid false complainment)

And yeah, Administrators of that forum will see the complainment in his PA, but they won´t know anything about who made it, that`s why we said its anonymous ^^

And penalities if you win the complainment, that forum could be deleted.

I've written a complain now and got an email to validate the sending of the litigation to that forum. Clicked the link, and now what? Will I get a reply and when?

You won't get a reply, our Litigation team will take care of it, they'll look for the problem in the section you said in your description & screenshot, and if violations are sever enough the forum will be closed, otherwise a warning will be issued.
-> The Administrators of that forum do NOT see the complaint
That is if you sent the complaint via the Litigation Tool
