Change what my heading says

The skin I am using has the default words that came with it on it.. Is there a way that I can change that to reflect the actual name of my forum.. If so how would I accomplish this Thanks.

Yes The name of the skin I chose to use is 'Vista Plain a theme by Jalokim Graphics' Where this forum says 'The forum of the forums ' Mine says the name of skin I chose.. I would like it to have the name of my forum there instead.. Can this be done and how.. Thanks
