Registration Problem

My forum is not locked. However, everytime my friend tries to register, it always says:

Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator.

What is this about? on the same day this happened to him, my other friend registered to our forum without any difficulties. Please help. Would really appreciate it. Thank you. ^__^

@darren, thanks for the help mate. however, as i've said, my forum is not locked nor in vacation/holiday. i dont know what's wrong. Crying or Very sad

I've just registered under "darren1" now without any problem, I just need to activate my account via my email address.
Are the concerned people still having an error?

exactly. others aren't having any problem registering. could this have something to do with my friends cookies, cache, area restriction, etc.? no matter what he does, everytime he registers he keeps ending up with this msg:

I suggest you register for them using a default password like "pass1234" and get them to log in ASAP and change it. That's the only way I can think of to get around it.
