um i want to add to Legend but i just want it to be a name will they get a Administration Panel
because i do not want them to have one will they and is there any way i can stop them from geting it and over admin power's

do you mean that the legend shows up and when a member will cliock on it it says "You haven't got the rights to access this page"?

No. Ranks are only titles for users, they don't have access to Admin Panel, unless they are in the administrator group.

You can make auto subscribing to groups, that appear in Legends...

Every group has its preferences from seeing more sections and moderating some categories...

If u wanna make that just make a group and it will appear in legend, then go to General >> Categories and Forums >> Click modify on the required forum then check view and read topics for the required usergroup or moderate....

I think I do understand what you're saying. You want it so a group shows up at the bottom called Administrators, but you don't want the people in it to have access to the Admin Panel.

ACP -> Users & Groups -> Group Administration -> Find the group with a before the text and hit -> Group status : Hidden group -> Save.
That will make it so the real Administration group will not show up in the legend.

ACP -> Users & Groups -> Group Administration -> Create new group -> Group Name: Administrators -> Group Description: A group of the forum Administrators -> Group Moderator: The REAL founder of your forum -> Group Members Color: The colour of the real administration group -> Color Group Members: Yes -> Group Order: Your Choice -> Group Status: Closed Group -> Permission to send PM Mailings: Your Choice -> Group auto-subscribe: No -> Save -> Add all the false administrators AND the real ones to the group -> Save.

Ah, I read it wrong No, they will not have access as Rianna Lauren said. Ranks mean nothing. It's the groups and their powers that count.

i made one and it say's it is there but when i go on to my site it is not there

You have to manually add a rank to a user. Also -- ranks don't show up in the Legend.
