Portal scroll Empty Portal scroll

Post by Pamela September 24th 2007, 6:11 pm

Greetings, this is my first post...

My forum is www.thewell.forumotion.com and the portal will only scroll up so far and then stop. Is there a way I can fix this or is this a glitch?

Thanks...

There is no problem with your portal? Maybe its your web browser?

Thats weird, when I enter, I can see the whole portal, none is missing at the top or bottom. Can you take a screen shot to show us? Maybe I misunderstood.

Yes, that is right you can see the whole portal but that is not the problem I am having...I am so sorry for not making myself clear, I forgot to mention it is the Last Topic scoll I am having trouble with.

When the portal scroll for new topics begins to scroll, it only scrolls up to a certain point then stops.

Here is my screen shot with my added notation: The New Topic portal just stops scrolling...

I am also having this same problem on my portal too...at

The last topic scroll stops midway through the loop.

The portal scroll on this forum is doing this too, with the latest posts. I noticed it when I was logging in just now.

Yes, I got this also, this is not an error with your browser, but a technical error. Wink

I don't seem to have any issue here, so it's hard to visualize what's wrong :/

Anyway the tech has been warned and will be looking at it!

I'm still having a problem with the last topics box. It's scrolling just fine, however whenever I scroll my mouse onto any part of that box, it automatically closes every single one of my browser windows.

I'm using Internet Explorer, but even Firefox couldn't get past it(I rarely use FF anyway, it destroys my computer).

Is there any way that can be fixed? Or am I just going to be told to get a new internet program?
