I can't see the full profile of one of my member

Why is this happen? This doesn't happen to my other users.
I thought at first it because they're hidden, but the other users that is hidden doesn't have any problem.

The user himself, doesn't know why this could happen...
I need it so I can edit and see their profile easily

Yes, the Medals field had some malicious content which made the other fields disappear. I removed that content, so it works now.

Just check if i placed all the right medals in place for the user.

EDIT : If I delete the medals, it comes back to normal... Why this happen?

EDIT2 : I try to copy and paste the medal to other user but nothing happen... Why only he got this bug?

When you add the medals, this random code is being added. Thats the malicious code.

That profile field is a text zone, you cannot use that one. You need to create a new medal profile.

But it doesn't have any problem for the other user....

What I need to use then?

Basic you can have just one image in a field.
