What is the recommended smiliey site.

I have tried http://www.clicksmilies.com/index.html and i flopped there. As i tried their codes but no go, or can you please tell how to put in a smiliey code correctly. Because i am still having trouble with all smiliey codes after typlo had tried fixed it within my site. It still shows and says this, Error
No pictures selected for upload or unknow error. Please help me, as i don't know what to do here.
