How to make New page.... to homepage

Alright Here is the simplest way to redriect!
Create your new page and put this html code in

<a href="Put the LINK HERE">CLICK THIS TO REDIRECT YOU</a>

So just put the link where it says put the link in and keep the redirect thing OR YOU MAY put something in there that shows you have to click on it to redirect you!
