Forum Visibility Settings Empty Forum Visibility Settings

Post by Leroy Ridran October 2nd 2007, 5:46 am

I am working on a forum, and I would like to have a "Registration" forum at the top of the entire area. What I am having trouble with is that I can't make it invisible to members, and viewable by guests. I want a guest to come, read the registration section, and then sign up. After that, he shouldn't have to see the section anymore.

Is there a way to do this?

PS: I would rather not publicly disclose the URL of the forum, as it is a private forum. So if a mod needs it, please ask for it via PM.

Go to your admin panel > forum > forum permissions control > click on a forum name and tick as in the screenshot:

And save Smile

Repeat the process for each forum you wish to hide!
