"Forum in construction"-option,,& How... Empty "Forum in construction"-option,,& How...

hello all
a question about "Forum in construction" option.
There is way to close the forum for construction longer time than one day(which exists at moment)
for members & guests ??
*for example for a week or longer time ???
,& if yes how to do that ,, & with who option in Admin's panel??

u can setting with

GENERAL > CONFIGURATION > and CHECK " YES" to FORUM CONSTRUCTION.

manual setting, dont automatic setting

thank you brother very much for info/help
but when i go to GENERAL > CONFIGURATION > for CHECK " YES" to FORUM CONSTRUCTION option
a message says to me :
"This option allows you to restrict access to your forum (for your members & guests) for one day
,so ,, i can not found another option for manually select for a longer time as i wish..
,there is only this default option.
any other idea ???

nope

not one day

ur forum cant back to NOT CONSTRUCTION for automatic

if u not check list NO, after maintenance, ur forum forever in UNDERCONSTRUCTION

this is manualy setting

YES for UNDERCONSTRUCTION or MAINTENANCE
NO for FINISHED or READY FORUM

... I am back with last news about FORUM CONSTRUCTION option,
finaly this option , allows to admin to make this change only for--> 24 hours
& after this option comeback itself(by default) in open option
or i am somewhere wrong ?
-what says a forum/moderator about???-

Yes, forum construction is available only for 24 hours...but I haven't used this function because I have built my forum in 2 hours the same day I created it

You can choose "forum on holiday" and "no new members" - that's the closest thing without deleting the whole forum.
