Widgets NOT SHOWING Empty Widgets NOT SHOWING

My widgets are not showing, even when I put them on YES, and not no. its not showin up. I am using phpBB 2 here is proof.

It's a problem with the coding of the theme that's why it's not showing widgets, contact the theme creator or just change themes.
