Widgets not showing

Hi,

Ive enabled the widgets on my new forumbut theyre not showing. I first thought that this was because of the skin but I tried again and it was still not showing. Could someone please help:

Are you sure you have the widgets on and not just the portal.

Double check.
Admin panel>modules>widgets management>Forum widgets general options.

select yes for (Display forum widgets) and click save.
now your widgets should show on all boards

Hey I also have the same problem. It's not the portal, can someone help?

OK i am not seeing much action coming from the portal.
If you are sure you have your widgets to show through the whole forum.
try changing the version and or skin and see if that helps.
you can switch back after you try it. but make sure you know what skin your using now.

also try adding more of the widgets into the portal.
it dont seem like you have many on.
OH i also registered and used my old email that i no longer have.
i have a new service now. so can you activate the account. you might have to put me in as a temp admin just to look.. but dont do that yet. i dont really like doing that. so if we can get it another way that will be better.try what i said above first.

Ah it works now after I changed the skin. Thanks a lot for your help =D.
