One member told me he had a problem registering on my forums and that he was getting 404 errors.

404 means he click a wrong link that goes to nothing. Which is going to happen from time to time. Just make sure he's click the right links.

Can you try to register and see if you get that error? Because there has been other registration and they were fine. Problem is that it's happening when he is registering.
