Embedded videos

Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible to put some videos (from you tube for example) on a forum...
I tried to put the html code ("embedded video" code, available on youtube for ex.). It works in the preview mode, when I preview my message before posting it.
But as soon as the message has been posted, the colde only is visible on the screen (and not the little player window)

And I've seen that you can use [/flash] too (and put the direct link)
