How to make a Url icon?

Hey how do i make a Url Icon? i mean a picture at the url line. Like on this site it is a Smiley, and sometimes it is a glass with a + sign.

That is sooooo cool. I don't know how to do that stuff. Is there a section that can teach me. Or can I hire someone to do it?

all you do is paste the script into the other meta tags
