Im wanting to get my Forum custom email address to be picked up POP3 with Thunderbrid from Mozilla. Its a PITA to log into it multiple times daily rather have them automatically downloaded to my Thunderbrid Client.

Any ideas on how to set up POP3/SMTP

Forumotion emails don't have POP3/SMTP, you have to use the webmail client as far as I know.

Sorry, you can't set up pop3 with a forumotion domain name. The only way that it would be possible is if you set you set up a forwarding email address to an email address that can be configured in your email client.
