Ligations

Post by watchcollector on September 5th 2010, 4:26 pm

Why is it that typlo or who ever will not look at the Ligations, there must be some one who owns forumtion who cares what goes on? The proof is there, what is stopping him. Is there someone in USA, that looks at these. Truly all I want to know is what is going on, why put complaints up when nothing is done?

Maybe, nothing is wrong hence no action is taken.

well it takes time to get through them and typo don't work on weekends (i think)

and they have to be 100% percent sure that it is breaking the terms of service.

but all the reports are dealt with i believe just might take some time and they might not have taken any action or maybe just warned the forum owner to remove what is violating the terms of service.

No one has looked at this, they our still up and running, There must be someone else involved inligations, just not typlo who ever he is, formotion must have owners, I have plenty on them I feel that is no problem, other forms have taken them off, also, legal has seen the evidence and there is alot. so where is typlo, he does not work on weekends? Litigations are first sent to Typlo, then he validate them if they're legit, and they are then sent to the founders. (Means a warning is sent) If they don't remove what is being reported the forum is banned after 10 days or so if its not. Not all reports are taken action. If you have any more questions please PM Typlo.

I would also like to add that you have to provide any screen shots or links leading to or providing that a forum is indeed in violation. You should also understand that there are many bogus, false reports and complaints reported everyday as well.. so litigation has to thoroughly investigate to be sure that it is a ligit complaint and real violation taken place.

If there are serious violations taken place on someones forum then they will be shut down and or the matter handed over to onlineguardian.

litigation's.

Post by watchcollector on September 6th 2010, 12:39 am

I have taken screen shots and also set tons of information also other people have sent things to . the information sent by me and others is valid, I am not worried about that, this is not a joking matter, they our still at it. I also have emailed this typlo several times, I am sure one of the 6 emails he should have gotten, also others have reported this site to. This is not the issue of not a valid or honest claim. I have sent my complaints 3 times how many times do I need to do this? There must be a owner or someone in authority, all I am looking for justice to be served, the facts our there, I should not have to beg.

Well all you can do is keep reporting it.
I mean we staff here with the exception of typlo have nothing to do with litigation's.. And i am not trying to sound as if i am blowing this off as a non legit report.. but if it has been reported as much as you are saying and nothing has been done.. then either litigation's did not finish investigating, did not recive it yet or feel the reports are not strong enough to be any violations that would lead to the forum being shut down.

It can also mean that what ever was reported forumotions litigation's team felt it was something that the founder of the forum in question can just be issued a warning and remove the content in question and or stop doing what ever the initial complaint or reports were about?

But once again i or any other support staff other then typlo dont have anything to do with litigation here on forumotion support.. so i am just assuming.. But i can ensure you if there are indeed serious violations taken place then forumotion would not tolerate such a thing and shut the forum down.

So i would just give it a lil more time. depending on what is reported and or if something is illegal or illegal activities taken place some things can be investigated longer then others.

If you like to put another report together and send to my pm then i will copy it and send it off to typlos office.

It appears to me that this typlo does not look into these matter, the rules put up really do not mean a thing, I feel people can get away with anything, and still keep there site. However I have gone to the authority's and at lease they did not need several copies to check into this.
Sorry I can not say thank you

Okay lets get to the point, what is it that you expect staff of a Support Forum to do?

okay, bottomline is we don't help with matters related to litigations.
None of the staff are aware of their working & policies.

You need to either contact Typlo with it, if he is not responding we can't really help you much in this matter then.
