Major Appearance Issues

Okay, so for some reason my forum has been acting up a lot today with appearance.
Basically a lot of the appearance is really messed up compared to what it should be like. But the strange thing is is that it's messed up for me and another user, but not for someone else.
I logged onto my alternative account (I have a regular user account so I can see things with a non-admin perspective) and it was also messed up. I used Firefox, so I decided to try logging on with Safari instead. It was still messed up with my regular account however with my alt account it was fine. What???? I seriously do not understand this.

This is what it looks like whenever it's not working. ie. when I'm on Firefox logged into both account and also logged into my main account on Safari:




I was about to screenshot what it looked like on my alt account on Safari... But it looks like it's like that on that one too now! Arg! But I can assure you that it is not supposed to look like this...
Remember that another member has this problem, but another member doesn't...
Please can somebody help me...?

Now it has switched... It isn't working on Safari, but it is working on Firefox... I'm so confused...

Just an update to say that somehow it has sorted itself out. But the reason it was doing this in the first place is a mystery it seems...
