Why cant i subscribe to my own forum?

after sometime, i just now went to change Admin to something else, and like tell am male and all that, but it says:

Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator.

Am the administrator there.........

OMG THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO!

I'm 11, but when i try to put 1999 as my birth year, I get the same message -.- Please help!!!
