Is there a way to control who can view, and deal with a report??

yes there is,


go to admin panel
general
(make sure you are in advanced mode)
reports
now reports management
and there it should say a few things like,

" Who can report ?"
I chose "members" but you can also make guests,members,mods,and admins the only ones able to report. Other than that, i can't help you

I too have it so members can report posts to admin and moderators.

Well I am talking about it in another way:

limiting moderators from seeing reports made, and preventing them from being able to change the report status, etc.

I don't think there is a way...i'm just double checking.
