Hi,
When Pinging a website you don't need the IP address, just type the sub-domain in.
Example below:
/!\ Ensure you use the http:// , do not include www. unless the domain includes it; No forumotion subdomain contains any www. , it will delay the ping' response time, or in some cases, time out.

It times out because the server doesn't respond.
Generally nothing to worry about, just wait a few hrs and try again.
