How do i turn a pic into a url?

I want to put a picture that when i click on it, it brings me to the web page tht goes with the pic...

I've said that, and it apparently doesn't work.

You have to make sure that the image is a filename.

it cannot be from the gallery which is .htm

It must be from an image host that will have a link .gif/.jpg/.png etc.
