Cant create a forum

i tryed to create a free forum but it says
"A forum already exists with your e-mail...
You can create only one forum with your e-mail,
but you can moderate several of them.
See it with other administrators."
how do i recover the link of the forum so i can close it down to create a new one? please help its emergency xD
