Chatbox Error

Okay a few members of my forum have been saying that every time they refresh the page they are logged out of the chat box, I don't have this problem, any help please?

yeah i am also having the same problems
like the chatbox will scroll up when my members type
it will go blank every now and then,will disappear and log them off every time they refresh any help on whats wrong?

Chatbox does this from time to time. Nothing new there.

I have a chat box frame, but the interface is not as you want ...!

if possible I can save the chat box and contents automatically logged into chat box without having to press the button and sign in

I also want to link the new topic in the chat box when a new posting in the forum, how to appear recently submitted his new post on the chat box
