Optimize your css .. what does it do ?

The function is new .. I think .. but I don't understand from the description what does it do exactly ?

From AP/Display/Colors/CSS Stylesheet/ Last option with Yes or No

If there is a blue bubble next to it. It tells you

I read that but still no info about what it does exactly .. I don't see any changes on my forum ..

I am not sure but it will just optimize the code, it won't make any visual difference. It might remove the unwanted white space and make the CSS load faster.
