Problem on changing new password

a member report that he can't change his password. so i tried it with another account and here is the result. Pls. help me.

i notice their is no "MODIFY" button.


after changing pass and save it.

Ask the user to try this same process on another browser than Chrome, it shall work.

i tried it myself using other account and it has the same error. the "Modify" button is missing. i also check here in forumation and there is a "Modify" button.

I don't really understand, who is facing the problem. You or the user?

the member has the same prob. i created a new account and tried to change the pass and it has the same problem. i also tried in my real account which is the admin and i failed to change it.

Just go to:

/profile?mode=sendpassword

Request a new password.

if u request new password it will give you ramdon password and if you'll gonna change it it will fail. admin, moderators and members can't change password.
