Role dice game Problem i think so urgent solustion needed

hi i have a forum.in that i have activated the role of dice and it some times posts some pic of dice in this manner

The member 6in1 has done the following action : yes

20 times
Results :here it gives the pics of the dice

and it is using my id to message it is it any problem it happens when we activate an rpg and role of dice why does it happen
please help me
