FAQ's/instructions WITHIN the admin

Not sure where/how you like suggestions made, but here it is::

How about some FAQ's within the admin panel, covering all the usual issues that admin people encounter. That way, there won't be so many repeats posts on the same topic and it will free the support folks from some of the inundation?

For instance, you're in the admin section for uploading smilies, but you don't understand what to type in the code box. THere would be a pop up next to that box that says "enclose the name you wish for your emoticon here, enclosed between semicolons. i.e. :funnyface:"

Even an actual FAQ page to open for instructions on everything to do with that part of the admin.

Then, they don't have to go hunt the forum help.
