Theme Colors Problem

Hello,

I want to ask that with my Moderator Id of my forum , i did reply to one of the post but the whole area of reply is change in color, My forum is in black color but my reply was showing in orange background color & text color had changes also. but i have this changes in only one reply & other messages & replies remain unchanged. As shown below :



So i do refresh my page but cann,t resolve, so why it is happen & how to get rid of this problem
